Frattalone Plan Additional Notes: <br />• The reader board sign along Rice Street will be not be <br />electronic and the sign height will be a maximum of 16 feet <br />high. <br />• The sign to be installed on the Rice Street building will read <br />Frattalone Companies. The letters are Roman Block Style <br />made from acrylic. With Frattalone (2'x24') in red and <br />Companies (9 "x12') in black. <br />• On each side of the shop building located on the Spruce Street <br />property it says Frattalone Companies. Same coloring and <br />material as above. The sign dimensions are shown on the <br />plans. <br />• There will be no signage on the main office building along <br />Spruce Street. <br />• The monument sign along Spruce Street is just tentative and no <br />more information was available for wording or materials. <br />
