Description and /or Reason for Request: <br />To be open 4 days per week vs the current 3 days per week <br />After being open for over a year now (Feb. 2010), we feel this change will enhance our <br />customer service, as well as sales volume. Customers have requested being open more <br />days, not only to shop, but to service them more than 3 days per week. <br />Since we are open holidays and was part of our original plan, and most holidays are <br />celebrated on Monday's, we had difficulty staffing these very important days. This is due <br />to having many part time employees, who work 3 days, 10 hour days. Most have other <br />jobs, so when we want them to work a Monday, they may already committed with their <br />other job. By adding Monday, it creates a 4th day or 40 hour work week or basically a Pull <br />time position, which gives us more flexibility to staff for service and sales. <br />We appreciate you taking the time to consider our request. We are happy to be in Little <br />Canada and hope to be for many years to come. <br />2 <br />
