Hanson <br />As you will recall during discussions earlier this year relative to Liquor Ordinance <br />updates, there was discussion about the adequacy of the minimum amounts of liquor <br />liability insurance required in the City Code (same as State Law). Those minimums are <br />850,000 per person /$100,000 occurrence, and have been in existence since at least (985. <br />(n processing liquor license renewals for July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, none of the <br />Little Canada businesses holding liquor licenses had liquor liability insurance with these <br />minimums.
