Hanson <br />www.ci.little-canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />DATE: November 17, 2006 <br />RE: <br />Application for Transfer of Gas Dispensing License and <br />Issuance of Tobacco License <br />Issuance of 3.2% Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br />Sinclair Station — 228 Little Canada Road <br />Mr. Daniel Ross has signed a lease for the operation of the Sinclair Station at 228 Little <br />Canada Road and has requested the transfer of Gas Dispensing License and issuance of a <br />Tobacco License and a 3.2% Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License. The anticipated date <br />that Mr. Ross will begin operating the Sinclair Station is December 1, 2006. <br />As you may recall, Mr. Ross recently purchased the Citgo Station at 300 Little Canada <br />Road and began operating that station at the beginning of October, 2006. <br />A Sheriff's Department Background check on Mr. Ross is satisfactory. Staff <br />recommends approval of the licenses as requested upon receipt of satisfactory proof of <br />Liquor Liability insurance. <br />cc: Daniel Ross <br />
