This was done to <br />facilitate the construction of a monument sign for the building. <br />The City Attorney's office is preparing the agreement and I am hopeful it will be ready <br />for Monday night's meeting. The urgency in completing this document at this time is to <br />provide the opportunity for construction yet this fall. <br />If completed, this item will be included in the additions to the agenda. <br />
