MINUTES <br />COMMUNITY <br />SERVICES <br />REVENUE <br />BONDS — <br />SOUTH <br />METRO <br />HUMAN <br />SERVICES <br />PROJECT <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 14, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14th day of <br />March, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Ms. Vanessa VanAlstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -3 -43 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBRUARY 22, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Acting Mayor Montour opened the Public Hearing to consider issuance <br />of revenue bonds by the City pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />469.152 thru .1651 to refinance 17 group homes, one of which is located <br />in Little Canada, and to finance the acquisition and renovation of the <br />former Ethan Allan store at 1 11 1 Viking Drive in Maplewood, MN by <br />South Metro Human Services. <br />The City Administrator indicated that the City has been asked to consider <br />giving approval to the issuance of Community Services Revenue Bonds on <br />behalf of South Metro Human Services (SMHS) in the amount of $4.9 <br />
