Hanson <br />Tom Sweeney <br />Steve Grittman <br />Bill Dircks <br />Jessica Jagoe <br />Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -9 -216 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER 13, 2006 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />TFIE SEPTEMBER 13, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the request for a <br />Special Use Permit for a home occupation providing spa services <br />including yoga, manicures, pedicures, and massage as well as a Text <br />Amendment to Chapter 2202 relative to massage therapy as an accessory <br />use at 140 Rose Place as requested by Mary Vasquez.
