City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2202 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, ENTITLED "MASSAGE THERAPY AS AN ACCESSORY USE ", BY <br />PROVIDING FOR MASSAGE THERAPY AS A HOME OCCUPATION. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 2202.030.1. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1. Licenses may be granted only to establishments associated with and operating within <br />the confines of and incidental to a properly zoned beauty parlor, or within a single family home <br />for which a special home occupation permit has been approved by the City Council. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />William Blesener, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, Administrator <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />
