EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 25, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on <br />the 25th day of oCTOBER, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Blesener, LaValle, Keis, Allan, and Montour. <br />And the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF <br />SCORE GRAND APPLICATION <br />AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The Council reviewed the Application for SCORE Grant Funds as prepared by City Staff and <br />found the document to be in order; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CI'TY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA hereby authorized the submission of SCORE Grant Application as recommended by <br />City Staff. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Blesener, LaValle, Allan, Montour, and Keis. <br />And the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this 25th day of <br />October, 2006. <br />7 <br />
