Hanson <br />fhe City Engineer is at the stage in project design where we need some input from the Council to <br />snake sure the project meets your expectations. Ramsey County has asked us to take the lead on <br />this project and we would like to talk about the following challenges: <br />• Limited right -of -way for sidewalk west of St. John's Church. <br />• Need for right -of -way at Edgerton. <br />• Installation of turn -lane from LC Road to McMenemy. <br />• Installation of turn -lanes at LC Road and Edgerton. <br />• Power pole relocations. <br />• Parking by St. John's Church. <br />• Overlay versus recycled pavement from freeway bridge through existing concrete <br />curbing. <br />• Installation of bike lanes. <br />• Sidewalk width. <br />• Restoration of pavers and banner poles in parking lot. <br />• Addition of concrete curb and gutter. <br />• Storm sewer improvements. <br />• Driveway /access impacts. <br />• Rainwater garden construction. <br />• Cost participation. <br />• Timing of Construction, <br />• Other ? ?? <br />Staff is recommending we call for a workshop at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 411t. The <br />meeting will be held in the conference room. (fhe reason for the 7:00 start time is that I have a <br />LMCCI' Board meeting from 4:00 to 6:45 or so.) <br />
