2 -22 -12 <br />Front Yard Storage Variance <br />Lot Configuration <br />• 298 Rose front yard is more visible than rear (Savage <br />Lane) (Picture sheet #1] <br />• Uniqueness of configuration (house facing unimproved <br />road) is not guaranteed if Rose Lane was completed <br />® Lot is 100 x 227 ft, lot area is adequate for rear and side <br />yard storage <br />® Side yard slopes appears to be not excessive and usable <br />(picture sheet #2] <br />Trailers <br />• Mr. Anderson indicated that he could use rear yard for <br />log splitter and trailer storage. (Planning Meeting 2- 9 -12). <br />® Existing driveway can accommodate trailers <br />e Trailers placed at other lot location for regular use would <br />be arguably an extension of driveway. (Picture sheet #1] <br />Firewood Pile <br />• Firewood currently not stored in accordance with city <br />regulation.
