RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />ROAI) ACCESS TO 735, 739, 743, AND 751 COUNTY ROAD 13 -2 EAST <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of road access to 735, 739, 743, <br />and 751 County Road B -2 East was filed with the City and is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of property owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity to MN Stat. 429.035. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and that person is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible and as <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 29'1' day of March, 2012. <br />Richard Montour, Acting Mayor <br />Joel R.
