MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 22, 2006 <br />CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT <br />FOR SECOND <br />CURB CUT — <br />601 COUNTY <br />ROAD B -2 EAST — <br />MURPHY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Keis, Montour, Blesener. <br />Nays (1) Allan. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -3 -70 — ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 903.050 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING <br />FOR CURB CUT ACCESS TO SINGLE - FAMILY DETACHED <br />PARCELS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION SUBJECT TO REMOVAL OF THE PHRASE "OR <br />FULL CIRCLE" FROM PARAGRAPH (g) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Montour, Keis, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (1) Allan. Resolution adopted. <br />Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider a second driveway access <br />for 601 County Road B -2 East as requested by Mike and Heidi Murphy. <br />It was noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br />the Conditional Use Permit as requested, subject to a satisfactory review <br />of drainage <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -3 -71 — APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR SECOND CURB CUT FOR 601 COUNTY ROAD B -2 <br />EAST AS REQUESTED BY MIKE AND HEIDI MURPHY, SUBJECT <br />TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE, EFFECTIVE UPON THE <br />DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THE ZONING CODE TEXT <br />AMENDMENT RELATIVE TO THIS ISSUE, AS WELL AS SUBJECT <br />TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION, SATISFACTORY DRAINAGE REVIEW <br />BY THE CITY ENGINEER, AND INSTALLATION OF <br />LANDSCAPING AS REFLECTED ON THE APPLICANT'S <br />LANDSCAPE PLAN <br />
