However, there are others who may <br />argue that if we eliminate all of the choices and just provide one periodic "general city extra" <br />e -mail that would contain several different topics (sample attached), this might be the less <br />expensive way to go since the number of original messages sent out would be less. We could <br />also control the frequency. The advocates of the second option would probably argue that <br />the subscribers would sign up for several categories under the first option which would create <br />many messages sent anyway.
