MINUTES <br />PUD PERMIT - <br />3203 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE — <br />KCM HOLDINGS <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />May 11, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of <br />May, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />ABSENT: Mr. Michael McGraw <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />The minutes of the April 13, 2006 minutes were approved as submitted. <br />Mr. Steve Poindexter, KCM Holdings, appeared before the Commission <br />and asked that their application for a PUD Permit for the former Knox <br />property be tabled indefinitely. He reported that it has been a difficult <br />negotiation with Carl Johnson, the owner of the property. Poindexter <br />reported that he has signed and submitted the appropriate 60 Day Waiver <br />form requesting an indefinite tabling. Poindexter reported that their <br />business is expanding and he hopes to be back before the Commission at <br />some point in time. <br />Barraclough recommended that the application for Planned Unit <br />Development Permit allowing an office /showroom use as well as building <br />remodeling for 3203 Country Drive be tabled indefinitely as requested by <br />Steve Poindexter of KCM Holdings. <br />
