5/5/04 Memo sent to Planning Commission recapping status of the property. Site still <br />has roughly 102 cars around the property. <br />5/10/04 Planners Report based on revised site plan. <br />5/12/04 Public Works Director report on drainage matter and possible solutions. <br />6/7/04 Letter Sent to property owner indicating denial of request for amendment to <br />Conditional Use Permit and Variance. Property owner given until June 30, 2004 <br />to bring property into compliance. <br />6/18/04 Memo to City Council with request from Valor Enterprises to allow 60 days to <br />bring property into compliance. Temporary licenses would be issued with <br />expiration of license on June 30, 2004. <br />6/23/04 Site Inspection and update memo sent to City Council. No access was obtained to <br />the rear yard. The front yard contained 23 cars an increase of 17 cars from May <br />5, 2004. <br />8/24/04 Site Inspection and update memo sent to City Council. Property owner has <br />reduced the number of cars on site down to 51. Of those cars it is determined that <br />none appear to be for sale and all repairables. There was still miscellaneous junk <br />and debris around the site. Property owner was requesting an extension to <br />deadline for compliance. <br />10/22/04 Memo to City Council on inspection set up with property owner. <br />10/26/04 Site Inspection and update memo sent to City Council. Property owner had <br />brought the site into compliance with the number of cars, parking, and removal of <br />junk/debris. The site was still evident of a drainage problem and property owner <br />was informed of need to correct drainage and establish appropriate surfacing in <br />rear yard. <br />12/1/04 Letter Sent to property owner because the number of cars on site has increased <br />since compliance was achieved in October 2004. <br />12/7/04 Property owner called indicating that business has expanded it services and now <br />Valor Enterprises is also providing detailing services to customers. <br />6/30/05 Staff Notes on site inspection and discussion with property owner on compliance <br />of property. Owner was told that property needs to remain in compliance with <br />CUP. He is not allowed to clean up site days before an inspection and then turn <br />around and bring in more junk/debris. Without any further notice, if there are <br />violations present with the property citations would be issued. <br />4/18/06 Site inspection and pictures taken. Violations present on site. <br />4/27/06 Site inspection and pictures taken. Violations present on site. <br />4/28/06 Citations issued. <br />8 <br />
