Rental licenses are issued for a period of one year running from <br />inuary 1 to December 31. The applicant has had more than three licenses revoked within the preceding <br />ielve months of the date of application. <br />2. The applicant fails to provide information required on application or provides <br />' Is 'r misleading information, and <br />3. The applicant has outstanding fines, penalties or taxes owed to the City. <br />The following is a list of property owners that are exempt from licensing: <br />1. Retail /Commercial /Industrial rental activities. <br />Licensed nursing homes. <br />3. Licensed Assisted Living facilities <br />4.
