As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $82,005.62. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $4,100.28, the amount due the Contractor is $77,905.33. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the street repair on Little Canada Road, a <br />majority of the clearing and grubbing on the entire project, and removals and storm <br />sewer work on Sextant Avenue. We have inspected the work preformed by T.A Schifsky <br />& Sons and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract <br />documents.
