Hanson <br />www.ci.little-eanada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener & Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: June 10, 2006 <br />RE: Evergreen Hills Development Agreement <br />Attached is the draft of the proposed development agreement between the Jeffrey James Construction and the City <br />relative to the Evergreen Hills Plat. This agreement follows standard form and contains no extraordinary <br />provisions. I am awaiting a copy of the construction contract so I can set the letter of credit amount. I am also <br />awaiting a copy of the Watershed Permit as well as the organizational form of Jeffrey James Construction. <br />Subject to modifications that will be necessary once I have obtained that information and subject to any comments <br />by our City Attorney, I would recommend approval as presented. <br />cc: Jeffrey James <br />
