N. .>s P:Ft. <br />"ISORDERLY USE BY TENANTS <br />GOVERNMENT <br />Back <br />The following conduct by tenants or their guests on the licensed premises is hereby <br />be a disorderly use: <br />1. Gambling (MN Statutes 609.75- 609.76) <br />Prostitution and acts relating to prostitution (MN Statutes 609.321- 609.324) <br />: Unlawful sale or possession of controlled substances (MN Statutes 152.01- <br />: 2.025, and Statute section 152.027, subds. 1 & 2) <br />Unlawful sale of alcoholic beverages (MN Statute 340A.401) <br />5. Owning, leasing, operating, managing, maintaining or conducting a disorderly <br />use or inviting or attempting to invite others to visit or remain in a disorderly <br />I <br />use (MN Statute 609.33) <br />r Noisy assemblies <br />7. Unlawful possession, transportation, sale or use of a weapon (MN Statutes <br />7P 1, 97B.609.66- 609.67 and 624.712 - 624.716) <br />8. Disorderly conduct, when the violation disturbs the peace and quiet of the <br />r'.cupants of at least one unit on the licensed premises or other premises, other <br />1 an the unit occupied by the person (s) committing the violation (MN Statute <br />bU9.72) <br />' Assaults (MN Statute 609.221- 609.224), including domestic assaults as defined <br />in MN Statutes 518B.01 <br />). Contributing to need for protection or services or delinquency of a minor as <br />uefined in MN Statute 260.315 <br />L. Code violations relating to animal noises and public nuisances <br />12. Any of the following Part I or II Crimes: <br />• Part I Offenses (Serious Crime) - Criminal Homicide, Forcible Rape (and <br />attempts to rape), Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary - Break and <br />Entering (including: forcible entry, unlawful entry -no force, attempted <br />forcible entry), Larceny- Theft, Motor Vehicle Theft, and Arson <br />• Part II Offenses (Less Serious Crime) - Other Assaults, Forgery and <br />Counterfeiting, Fraud, Embezzlement, Stolen Property (buying, receiving, <br />nd possessing), Vandalism- Destruction of Property, Weapons, Prostitution <br />and Commercialized Vice, Narcotics Drug Laws, Gambling, Driving Under the <br />Influence, Disorderly Conduct - Disturbing the Peace, Sex Offenses (inclusive <br />of incest, indecent exposure, carnal abuse). <br />g. <br />irrtp: / /www.ci.burnsville.mn.us /government/ Departments /Lieensing /rental /disorderlyuse.htm 6/9/2006 <br />
