MINUTES <br />PROPERTY <br />COMBINATION — <br />640 LABORE <br />ROAD AND <br />675 KELLER <br />PARKWAY — <br />O'NEIL <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 8, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />June, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe, Code Enf. Officer <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />The minutes of the May 11, 2006 minutes were approved as submitted. <br />Patricia O'Neil, 675 Keller Parkway, appeared before the Commission <br />requesting to combine the properties she owns at 640 LaBore Road and <br />675 Keller Parkway into one single - family lot. O'Neil reported that <br />she will have the existing house and garage on 640 LaBore Road <br />removed. The LaBore Road driveway would also be removed. O'Neil <br />reported that once the house and garage removal is completed and the <br />properties combined, she is planning to construct a sports court on the <br />property. If there is any lighting installed for the court, the lights would be <br />small and hooded. O'Neil did not anticipate any use of the sports court <br />after 9 p.m. in the evenings. <br />Knudsen indicated that any issues would be relative to the lighting of the <br />sports court and as well as noise. Knudsen asked how far the court would <br />be from the closest neighbor. O'Neil reported that the yard area is very <br />
