The fence and gates will be repaired and <br />screened where needed, plus a new fence section is required to be installed at forty feet from the <br />property line to keep the outdoor storage area shielded from view of the street, therefore <br />improving the street appeal. <br />Since the adjacent properties are motor vehicle related- -the bus company to the south and <br />a repair shop to the north - -there would be no ill- effect on the surrounding properties. Our <br />intended use would not detract from the character of the business park. <br />The existing public facilities are adequate with regard to sewer, water, and streets.
