We Theodore G Senior and Patricia O'Neil of 675 Keller Parkway and 640
LaBore Road would respectfully like to submit for approval to the City of
Little Canada planning Manager and City Commissioners and most
honorable Mayor the following.
We would like to remove the existing home and garage at 640 LaBore Road.
And permanently close off the entrance to 640 LaBore Road. We would like
to put in a sports court for our eleven year old daughter, and landscape the
remainder of the property. We are asking for the subdivision of the two
properties be removed, so that all of the property is 675 Keller Parkway.
We have two companies that would like to install the sports court
Minnesota Sports Courts and Tom Holms of The Complete Garage. We
have not chosen one yet. Because we are waiting to see if the City of Little
Canada will grant the changes. The court would go as close as possible to
where the home that now exists is. The sports court would have a rubber
floor as not to disturb our neighbors. There would be a fence at least six foot
high surrounding the court, so that balls and such will not go down into the
street nor in our neighbors yards. If approved we would like for Bachman's
to come in and landscape the yard at 640 LaBore Road. The landscaping
would include trees to block off the entrance from 640 LaBore Road, the
driveway filled in and grassed and a extensive garden to cover most of the
remaining area. We appreciate your consideration of our plans and look
forward to hearing from you.
Respectfully,
Teddy and Patti O'Neil
May 4, 2006
