Local Snow Parking Rules <br />Anoka County <br />Blaine: No Parking 2 — 7 a.m. Nov. 1 through April 1 and for 12 hours after a snowfall. <br />Centerville: No Parking 3 — 7 a.m. year - round. <br />Circle Pines: No Parking 2 — 6 a.m. Nov. 1 through April 1 without an emergency <br />parking permit, and anytime after 2 or more inches of snow has fallen until the streets <br />have been cleared. <br />Lino Lakes: No Parking 2 — 6 a.m. Nov. 1 through April 1 without an emergency parking <br />permit, and anytime after 2 or more inches of snow has fallen until the streets have been <br />cleared. <br />Ramsey County <br />Arden Hills: No parking for more than 30 minutes from 2 — 6 a.m. and anytime after 2 or <br />more inches of snow has fallen until the street is cleared. Vehicles may be parked on the <br />street for up to six hours year- round. <br />Falcon Heights: A snow emergency occurs when 2 inches accumulates. No parking until <br />streets are plowed curb to curb. <br />Lauderdale: Street parking is allowed on both sides of the street December through <br />March, but it is illegal to park after 2 inches or more of snow has fallen until streets are <br />plowed or for more than 48 hours, whichever comes first. Residents can park in a city lot <br />during a snow emergency. <br />Little Canada: No parking on city streets after a snowfall of 2 or more inches until the <br />street has been plowed to full width. Plowing begins at 2 a.m. <br />Maplewood: No street parking from 2 — 6 a.m. After a snowfall of 2 inches, vehicles <br />should be moved off the streets within 30 minutes. <br />Mounds View: No parking on any street or highway from 2 — 6 a.m. year -round and <br />anytime if there are 3 inches or more of snow until the streets have been cleared. <br />New Brighton: No overnight parking. Cars may be parked on the street for 30 minutes <br />from 2 — 5 a.m. and for six hours from 5 — 2 a.m. year- round. No parking after a snowfall <br />of at least 3 inches until the snow has been cleared. <br />North Oaks: No parking between 2 — 6 a.m. year - round, and no parking for more than <br />ten hours between 6 — 2 a.m. <br />
