City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 914 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN THE I -1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 914.40 is hereby amended to add the following: <br />D. Open and Outdoor Storage as an accessory use, provided <br />that: <br />1. The area is fenced and screened from view of <br />neighboring residential uses or residentially zoned <br />property. <br />2. Storage is screened from view of the public right of <br />way. <br />3. Storage area is paved with asphalt, concrete, or <br />other material approved by the City Council. <br />4 All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that <br />the light source shall not be visible from the <br />public right of way or from neighboring residential <br />uses, and shall be in compliance with Section <br />903.020 I of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />5. The storage area shall not occupy any space required <br />for conformity to the parking regulations of the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />6. The provisions of Section 921.010.0 are considered <br />and satisfactorily met. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />William Blesener, Mayor <br />
