Our services will be provided in the manner described in this <br />Proposal subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the attached "General Provisions of <br />Architect - Engineer Agreement" dated October 1993. Hereinafter, the City of Little Canada is <br />referred to as the OWNER. <br />I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The OWNER desires to have the 1,500,000 gallon elevated water tank inspected to determine the <br />condition of the coating system for the interior and exterior surfaces. In addition, the OWNER <br />desires a report on the condition and recommendations on future coating needs. <br />II. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY TKDA <br />Based on TKDA'S understanding of the Project, we propose to provide the following services: <br />A. Review previous tank painting inspection and existing paint coatings. Conduct initial <br />inspection. <br />B. If previous painting records are unavailable, paint chips may be obtained for laboratory <br />analysis. <br />C.
