Feelin MN Security Plan - Addendum Purpose This addendum outlines enhanced security measures for Feelin MN to ensure the safety of personnel, customers, products, and assets within the premises, with a focus on parking lot surveillance, access control, delivery protocols, product storage, and cash handling procedures. Security Measures 1. Parking Lot Surveillance •Video Surveillance System: A comprehensive video camera system will be installed to monitor and record all activities in the parking lot 24/7. Cameras will be strategically positioned to cover all areas, ensuring continuous surveillance. 2. Access Control •Security Doors: The facility is equipped with three security doors: ◦Two Exterior Security Doors: One single door at the rear of the building, designated for all deliveries, and one at the front for customer access. ◦One Internal Security Door: Providing controlled access to restricted areas within the facility. •Entry Protocol for Customers and Deliveries: ◦All visitors, including customers and delivery personnel, must enter through the locked front security door. ◦Entry requires buzzing in, followed by check-in with a security guard in the lobby. ◦After veriﬁcation, individuals will be granted access to the retail space via a secondary buzz-in system. 3. Delivery Procedures •Delivery Access: All deliveries will be received exclusively through the single exterior security door at the rear of the building. •Security Veriﬁcation: Delivery personnel will follow the same entry protocols as customers, including buzzing in, lobby check-in, and approval by security staff before accessing the retail space. 4. Product Storage •Secure Storage Area: All inventory will be stored in the back one-third of the building, designated as the storage area. This area will have no windows and will only be accessible through one of the two exterior security doors or the internal security door.
