Feelin MN Ventilation Plan <br />Purpose <br />This ventilation plan outlines the measures implemented by Feelin MN to maintain a clean and <br />odor-free environment within the cannabis dispensary, ensuring compliance with regulations and <br />a pleasant experience for customers and staff. <br />Facility Overview <br />•Building Specifications: The dispensary occupies a standalone building with a total area <br />of 1,600 square feet. The facility has its own dedicated HVAC system, complete with full <br />walls and ceilings, housing a single business. <br />•Product Handling: All cannabis products sold are sealed in smell-proof packaging, <br />eliminating odor dispersion. No cannabis cultivation occurs on the premises, further <br />reducing potential odor sources. <br />Ventilation and Odor Control Measures <br />•Sample Display: Small product samples will be stored in sealed glass jars for customer <br />viewing and sampling. These jars minimize odor release during customer interactions. <br />•Air Purification System: <br />◦Equipment: Three commercial air purifiers will be installed to ensure <br />comprehensive odor control. <br />◦Coverage: Each purifier is rated to cover up to 1,400 square feet, providing a <br />combined capacity that exceeds the building’s 1,600-square-foot area to guarantee <br />effective odor elimination. <br />◦Purpose: The air purifiers will neutralize any residual odors from product <br />samples, maintaining a clean and odor-free environment throughout the retail <br />space. <br />Implementation <br />The HVAC system is already installed, and commercial air purifiers will be installed and <br />operational prior to the dispensary’s opening. Regular maintenance and filter replacements for <br />the air purifiers will be scheduled to ensure optimal performance. Staff will be trained on proper <br />sample handling and ventilation system upkeep to maintain a consistent odor-free environment.
