TAC reconvenes at 7:35pm <br /> <br />Orientation <br />Steve A gave an overview of the City Organizational chart. City Council serves Little Canada <br />community first. It will be important to keep them in conversations as the TAC moves forward. <br />dŚĞdĚŝƐĐƵƐƐĞĚƚŚĞĚƌĂĨƚŵĞĞƚŝŶŐƐĐŚĞĚƵůĞĂŶĚƚŚĞŵĞƐ͘:ƵůLJϭϳǁŝůůďĞƚŚĞŶĞdžƚŵĞĞƚŝŶŐ͘/ƚǁŝůů <br />be located at the Public Works Shop and the discussion will be surrounded around brainstorming <br />the function and use of the community building. Other meeting dates and themes were drafted <br />and will be finalized at Meeting #2. One idea of separating into smaller groups to tour other <br />community buildings was considered. The TAC will look to complete this in August. <br /> <br />Core Purposes <br />x A Draft Mission Statement was presented and will be approved at Meeting #2. <br />x The TAC drafted out their purpose in regards to the community building. The initial <br />charges were accepted and “Evaluate opportunities for innovation throughout the design <br />and planning process” was added. <br />x The TAC reviewed their tasks to be completed before deliverables could be produced. <br />x Deliverables were identified. <br /> <br />All core purposes will be finalized at meeting #2. <br /> <br />Outreach <br />The City Website will be the landing spot for all information including history, meeting agendas, <br />minutes, supporting documentation and community feedback form. A QR code will be printed on <br />ƐŝŐŶĂŐĞƚŽŝŶĐƌĞĂƐĞĞdžƉŽƐƵƌĞĂƌŽƵŶĚƚŚĞĐŽŵŵƵŶŝƚLJ͘^ƚĂĨĨǁŝůůƐŽůŝcit feedback from caterers <br />regarding the kitchen catering aspect. <br /> <br />City Staff will be contracting out sitework for the location to include soil testing. <br /> <br />City Staff will check with coding and zoning for the parcel. <br /> <br />Meeting #2 is to take place on July 17 and will be located at the Public Works Building. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:06 PM. <br />71
