Plan for Supporting InfrastructureThe TAC feels it is prudent at this time, to look at the entire area that supports Pioneer Park and Pubic Works Shop infrastructure. Where possible create a plan for improvements for the whole site to meet current expectations and future needs.•Provide ample parking to support the rental size of the facility and consider additional stalls to support the already limited spaces for the rest of the park. Expand East Parking Lot as well.•Incorporate a new maintenance/storage facility on the south side of the parcel to provide more room and storage for Parks Maintenance.•Use space around the building to support passive community use when the building is not being rented.221
