<br />16 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT D <br />INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />1. Municipality and its contractors, subcontractors, and consultants (collectively “Municipality”) <br />shall purchase and maintain the insurance coverage listed below and Municipality shall provide <br />evidence of all such insurance to Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation d/b/a <br />Xcel Energy (“Xcel Energy”) upon the execution of this Agreement, but in all events prior to any <br />Ornamental Pole Attachment being attached to a Pole (the “Work”). Such insurance shall be as <br />specified below and all insurance companies shall be rated A-7 or better by A.M. Best rating <br />services, and for coverage not less than: <br /> <br />a. Worker's Compensation at statutory limits for the state of hire or operations. <br />b. Employer's Liability, including other state’s insurance and voluntary compensation, as <br />follows: Bodily Injury Limits by Accident at one million ) per accident; dollars ($ 1,000,000 <br />) policy limit and Bodily dollars ($ 1,000,000 Bodily Injury Limits by Disease at one million <br />) per employee. dollars ($ 1,000,000 Injury by Disease at one million <br />c.
