2202-4 <br />sexual conduct, prostitution, pandering, indecent conduct or keeping of <br />disorderly house. <br />c.The applicant has not complied with a provision of this ordinance. <br />d.The applicant is less than eighteen (18) years of age. <br />6.A license to provide massage therapy shall be reviewed annually. No license <br />approved by the City grants the licensee a property right or entitlement to a license. The City <br />Council may refuse to issue, refuse to renew, or may suspend or revoke a license for any reason, <br />and the City will not incur liability for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, <br />consequential, or incidental damages, deprivation of property, loss of income, loss of profits, or <br />loss of livelihood. <br />2202.050. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE. A license may be revoked <br />or suspended for any of the following reasons: <br />1.Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection with the registration <br />application. <br />2.A violation of any provision of this chapter. <br />3.Conviction of a criminal sexual conduct, prostitution, pandering, indecent <br />conduct, or keeping a disorderly house. <br />4.Conviction of any crime or ordinance violation arising out of the practice of <br />massage therapy. <br />5.Exhibition of a demonstrable lack of skill in the practice of massage therapy. <br />2202.060. RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS. <br />1.Any person registered as a massage therapist hereunder shall display such license, <br />or a true copy thereof, in a prominent place at such person's place of employment. <br />2.Upon demand of any police officer at the place of employment, any person <br />licensed hereunder shall produce correct identification, identifying himself/herself by his/her true <br />legal name and correct address. <br />3.During business hours, all massage therapy establishments shall be open to <br />inspection by City Building and License Inspectors, Health Officers, and police officers. <br />4.Any person licensed hereunder shall practice massage therapy only at such <br />location or locations as are designated in the license. Any person registered hereunder shall <br />inform the City Administrator, in writing, of any change in location prior to its occurrence.
