This $32,764.80 decrease <br />resulted from the assumption that there will be $102,638.47 estimated reimbursement <br />revenues from the County. Historically, the County has not always reimbursed the City the <br />entire estimated amount. As a result, the City did not reduce its final budget by the full <br />$32,764.80 and used a more conservative figure, $16,000 (approximately half), to account <br />for any revenue reimbursement shortfalls. <br />•Northeast Youth & Family Services Donation paid 50% from the Charitable Capital Fund <br />408, a decrease of $12,904 in levy.
