SECTION 3. The Community Development Director, City Clerk, and City Attorney are authorized to <br />renumber and re-letter sections, tables, and cross-references as necessary to accommodate these <br />amendments. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. That all ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby appealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. Every section, provision, and part of this Ordinance is <br />declared severable from every other section, provision, and part. If any section, provision, or part of this <br />Ordinance is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate <br />any other section, provision, or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
