CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 927 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 826, <br />CANNABINOID PRODUCTS <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinance amends City Code Chapter 826, Cannabinoid Products, to change <br />requirements from business licensing to retail registration. The full text of Ordinance 927 <br />is available for inspection at Little Canada City Hall during regular business hours or <br />online in the December 17, 2025 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
