18 <br /> <br />City of Little Canada Personnel Policy <br />employee’s salary for any of the following reasons: partial-day absences; absence because the facility <br />is otherwise closed on a scheduled workday, jury duty, attendance as a witness, or military leave in any <br />week in which an employee has performed any work; and any other deductions prohibited by state or <br />federal law.
