Table 905-3 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended to read as follows: <br />Table 905-3: Required Setbacks (feet), C-1 District <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1. If primary vehicle access is provided from the rear, driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the rear <br />property line. Any driveway accessing the front yard shall comply with the front yard setback applicable to the <br />principal structure. <br />2. Shared driveways may have zero (0) foot setback from the side property line subject to the conditions outlined in <br />Section 915.060. <br />3. Driveways may have a zero (0) foot setback from the corner side property line when providing primary vehicle <br />access from the corner side yard. Driveway access from both the front and corner side yards may be permitted <br />with zero (0) foot setbacks, subject to approval by the City Engineer and Zoning Administrator based on site- <br />specific factors such as lot configuration, circulation, and pedestrian safety.
