CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2025-12-XX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF COUNTRY DRIVE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is planning street and sidewalk improvements on Country Drive from the <br />St. Paul Waterworks Corridor to South Owasso Blvd in 2026; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Country Drive is located in an area that consists of low and moderate income <br />residents in Little Canada: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is requesting $581,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br />funding to assist with sidewalk improvements on Twin Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada that the City fully supports the CDBG application to fund the proposed sidewalk <br />improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 17th day of December, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: _________________________________ <br /> Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />
