City of Little Canada – Accessory Structure Ordinance Updates <br />Planning Commission Meeting – October 23, 2025 <br />2 <br />Attachment A includes revisions to the dimensional and accessory use tables within <br />Chapters 904 through 907 of the Zoning Ordinance. These updates clarify and <br />standardize the treatment of accessory buildings and structures across all zoning districts, <br />align setback and coverage standards, and establish consistent cross-references to other <br />chapters, particularly Sections 914 and 915. <br /> <br />Staff have provided in-document comments to explain substantive or structural changes <br />and to highlight instances where existing provisions were reorganized for clarity. Not <br />every minor formatting or reference correction is accompanied by a comment, and some <br />recurring issues (such as repeated cross-references or duplicated table corrections) are <br />only commented on once. Collectively, these revisions improve readability and ensure <br />that accessory building and structure regulations are applied uniformly throughout the <br />ordinance. <br />
