VI. Training <br /> <br />City of Little Canada will ensure that its staff understand Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 <br />and how it may apply to their work. The following options are available for providing training: <br /> <br />• Review of the City of Little Canada Title VI Plan <br />• Attendance at any available Title VI trainings provided by the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation, U.S. Department of Transportation or its applicable operating <br />administrations, or the U.S. Department of Justice. <br />• Viewing the video Understanding and Abiding by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 <br />produced by the U.S. Department of Justice <br /> <br />City of Little Canada will maintain records indicating that staff have received sufficient training <br />on a periodic basis. <br />
