It is also important to <br />include LEP populations that are eligible beneficiaries of programs, activities, or services but <br />may be underserved because of existing language barriers. <br /> <br />Generally, City of Little Canada will use reliable external data sources to determine the number <br />or proportion of LEP individuals likely to be served or encountered. <br /> <br />City of Little Canada relies on MnDOT’s LEP Data Tool to provide the necessary data. In the <br />most recent analysis conducted in January 2026, the findings on the next two pages <br />were documented. <br />
