2 <br /> <br />City to act as the legal sponsor, commits a capped local match of up to $200,000 using Local <br />Affordable Housing Aid funds, and clarifies that any remaining required local match will be provided <br />by the developer or an affiliated entity and will not constitute an obligation of the City. <br /> <br />Future Action on 99 County Road B <br />City staff are working with the City Attorney to prepare a forgivable loan agreement using Local <br />Affordable Housing Aid (LAHA) funds, consistent with prior Council direction.
