A motion was duly <br />made, seconded, and passed to approve this project conditioned upon execution of the <br />cost share agreement. The project was approved for 50% funding up to $45,000 cost <br />share maximum in accordance with $15,000 per proposed phase. <br />Attached is a copy of the grant agreement. The agreement must be signed prior to <br />commencing any work on the project. <br />A final financial report and receipts shall be submitted by 2/4/2027 to be eligible for <br />funds. <br />Please let me know if you have any other questions on your project and call to <br />schedule a site visit when your project is set to begin.
