Additionally, any reports on the results of the study or <br />recommendations during any part of the project will also be provided in writing. The city <br />further expects ongoing and open communications between designated city representatives <br />and the consultant over the course of the project. All products and recommendations must <br />comply with applicable State and Federal law and enhance the city’s ability to obtain and retain <br />qualified personnel.
