1114-11ING .ASSOCIpTtS <br />January 7, 2005 <br />File No. 120010E -0071 <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />Public Works Director <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road E. <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 -1633 <br />RE: 2004 TRAIL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />PAY ESTIMATE NO. 1 AND CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />BC MOAN <br />Enclosed are three copies of Partial Payment No.1 and Change Order No. 2 for Frattalone <br />Paving, Inc. on the 2004 Trail Improvement Project. To date the Contractor has earned <br />$206,252.78. Subtracting retainage of $10,312.64 the amount due the Contractor is <br />$195,940.14. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for work to complete all trails excluding the Country Drive <br />Trial and the Blackturn Pond Trail south of the new Frattalone building. These remaining <br />sections of trail will be completed in the late spring or early summer of 2005. Included in Partial <br />Payment No. 1 is the extra work completed on the project to date due modification resulting <br />from conditions encountered in the field. Change Order No. 2 has been included along with a <br />summary of the associated costs for the extra work for your approval. We have inspected the <br />work preformed by Frattalone Paving, Inc. and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
