E <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 -1633 <br />RE: LITTLE CANADA 2003 STREET & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />PAYMENT ESTIMATE #6 (FINAL) <br />Dear Council Members: <br />Please find attached 3 copies of the Final Payment Estimate No. 6 for the above - <br />referenced project. As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Park <br />Construction, Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this final pay estimate <br />is $1,244,699.91. Subtracting previous payments of $1,168,962.94, the amount to be <br />paid to the contractor is $75,736.97. The project was completed approximately 3% over <br />the anticipated construction cost due to poor soil conditions requiring additional work on <br />Market Place Drive and Sextant Avenue and the addition of a sand play area in <br />Rondeau Park. <br />We have inspected the work performed by Park Construction, Inc., and have found it to <br />be in compliance with the plans and specifications. Therefore, we recommend that the <br />project be finalized. The actual payment should be held until all final paperwork is <br />received from the contractor.
