1. The applicant provide an additional shrub planting located to facilitate the <br />screening of the parking lot, including the parking of the two pickup trucks. <br />No more than two pickup trucks may be parked outside, overnight, on the <br />property. Any proposed increase to number or size of vehicles will require <br />consideration of an amendment to the CUP <br />The ability to park vehicles outside overnight is specific to this governmental <br />use and would not be continued if the use changes on the site. Any change <br />in use will require a separate request for parking or storage. <br />The applicant should provide a maintenance schedule for the installation and <br />maintenance of the natural landscape, including a financial security to provide <br />for said maintenance.
