Inc. will be present at Wednesday's workshop to <br />provide a status report on the commercial portion of the project (The Village). As you may <br />recall, concern was expressed at our goal setting session about the application of our <br />architectural guidelines to new development in this area. (A copy of the Architectural <br />Guidelines is enclosed under separate cover.) Another concern mentioned was the type of <br />development that will take place in this area. (Also enclosed is a summary of the key points <br />of our development agreement with Sherman Associates. Inc. that outlines his commitments <br />and obligations for this portion of the development.) <br />Mr. Sherman will discuss the types of contacts he has made and the types of businesses he <br />feels are practical For this area.
