Hanson <br />As you are aware, the property at 469 LaBore Road has been subdivided into three lots. <br />Given there are deferred assessments on this property that have yet to be paid, the • <br />assessment balances must be reapportioned against the three new lots. We are currently <br />working with the title company to get payment of these assessments, and hope to receive <br />that payment shortly.
