The City will provide: 1. Hydrant(s) or other suitable water source for sweepers. 2. Space for overnight parking in the area of the City garage. Program 2: The second quotation is the cost for a late summer sweeping (early August to mid August time frame) to include sweeper(s), operator(s), and transportation to the Ramsey County Kent Street dump site. The City will provide: 1. Hydrant(s) or other suitable water source for sweepers. 2. Space for overnight parking in the area of the City garage. Alternate 1 for Programs 1 & 2: This alternate is for loads to be dropped off at designated sites throughout the City (see City Map). The City will then pick materials up from these sites at a later time. The City will provide: 1. Hydrant(s) or other suitable water source for sweepers. 2. Space for overnight parking in the area of the City garage. Alternate 2 for Program 2 Only: This alternate is the City to provide trucking of material to the Ramsey County Kent Street Dump Site. It is anticipated that one, single axel truck would be used due to lower volumes of material to removed from the roads in the summer period. The City will provide: 1. Hydrant(s) or other suitable water source for sweepers. 2. Space for overnight parking in the area of the City garage. 3. Single -axel dump truck. Other Details: A City map is enclosed. Based on past records, there are approximately 30 centerline miles of City streets that take between 75 and 100 hours to sweep. No parking lots are included in the sweeping program. Quotations shall be directed to the City Administrator and delivered to City Hall at 515 C. Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 or faxed to (651) 766 -4048. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City. 3
